Assist in tank inspections, assemble tools, filters and piping to clean tanks, clean work area and complete all forms/reports.   Attends training sessions as required.   Works in a neat, orderly, and safe manner, constantly seeking to improve methods of service to our customers.   Maintains a positive attitude, with a clean neat appearance, and a role model for the other employees to follow.   Maintains a minimum set of tools required for job performance.   Cares and maintains company machines/equipment and ensure co-workers are doing the same.   Demonstrates utilization of dealer computer systems, for work orders and other documentation.   Maintains personal company service literature, and maintains a high awareness of technical changes in the industry.   Creates repair estimates and submits information to substantiate quotes and estimates.   Prepares all parts requisitions, time cards, or service reports, as requested by the Service Manager. Ensures they are legible and accurate with sufficient detail for service accounting needs.   Monitors job expenses versus repair estimates and ensures that the lead person is aware of any cost over run, prior to the job being completed.   Trains and/or mentors others in department.

Primary Job Role Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment.   Maintains a minimum set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer’s specifications.   Attends and successfully completes required technician training classes.   Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs   Works in the assigned area in a neat and orderly fashion, constantly looking for ways of improving the methods of work, work area, and safety standards.   Research repair needs and order parts as needed. Completes required documentation utilizing appropriate software to document repairs performed on equipment, and accounting for repair times.   Approaches work in a positive manner and maintains conduct that is supportive of the work Team.
