    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    Research, reserve, communicate, and coordinate all Entertainment Services travel arrangements for all ES technicians, supervisors, and managers, in accordance with ES project or division budgets.  Compare the best travel deals to reduce cost and maintain a database of ES travel profiles, and other sensitive personal information.

     

    Online travel booking and coordination of all air, ground, and accommodation reservations and arrangements

     

    Communicate reservations to travelers, rental coordinators, and supervisors

     

    Process payments for travel

     

    Responsible for coordination of cancelation of travel arrangements

     

    Tracking company travel rewards / rebates

     

    Tracking travel cost for reference and budget purposes

     

    Receiving travel request and booking reservations compatible with requests

     

    Available for evening and weekend travel changes / cancellations / rebooking, as needed

    Qualifications

    No previous experience required.

     

    Basic PC knowledge required.

     

    Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

     

    Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent
