    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    Oversees the rental of all air compressor rental equipment throughout the State of Florida or where any compressors or compressor products are rented.

     

    Schedules delivery and pick-up of all air compressor rental equipment

     

    Reviews all air compressor rental quotes from salesmen

     

    Resolves all rental billing error disputes, customer complaints and maintains good customer relations

     

    Works with the Credit Department to resolve all past due items and assists in the collection process, if required

     

    Monitors and approves all re-rental payables, invoices and investigates all questionable entries.

     

    Work with rental fleet manager to help maintain and insure the overall condition and reliability of the entire air compressor rental fleet.

     

    Reviews all sign in and check out documents.  Make sure that customers are invoiced for damage to air compressor rental products. 

     

    Ensures photos are captured at check in and check out on all air compressors

     

    Occasionally travel in and out of Florida requiring over-night stay and operation of personal and/or company vehicles for long periods of time.

     

    Maintain air hose and cable inventory for all branches

     

    Maintain an active listing of rental ready air compressor products at each St. Augustine, Orlando, Tampa and Pompano locations.

    Qualifications

    3 to 5 years of experience in rental equipment operations – air compressor products

     

    Basic computer skills required such as – Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Office.

     

    Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

     

    Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Posses a basic working mechanical knowledge of electric/diesel air compressors and accessories.

     

    High School Diploma or related equivalent required as a minimum.

     

    Some college preferred - Associate's Degree or related working experience preferred.
