    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    Embedded Marketing Liaison for Heavy Equipment Sales & Product Support to develop and execute marketing plan for profitable sales growth. Working with the sales team to develop industry targeted marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales leads and grow new customers.  Responsibilities will include all aspects of marketing and working with Graphic Design team on creative assets, content development, and execution on marketing campaigns and digital marketing with support from the Marketing team. Campaign lead tracking and ROI results will be evaluated for effectiveness and best use of marketing budget.

     

    Develops annual Heavy Equipment Sales and Product Support marketing plan to help sales team achieve their annual sales business plan.  Plan to include a monthly calendar on planned campaigns and marketing activities by industry market segment.

     

    Develop creative strategy and messaging for campaigns, from concept to evaluation, to advertise and market Heavy Equipment products and services.

     

    Obtain initial and continuous training to better understand industries that utilize Heavy Equipment products and services.

     

    Create content for use in printed marketing materials, radio ads, print ads, sponsorship ads, and all digital marketing to include website, landing pages, blog postings, eBlasts, and social media posts.  Content should contain value messaging that resonates and supports customer needs and solutions.

     

    Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify proper customer targets and segments for each campaign.   Establish goals and metrics for each marketing tactic.  Measure lead goals

     

    Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to sales and product support teams to educate them on marketing trends, competitive market data, and new products or campaigns.

     

    Identify and oversee production of Heavy Equipment video assets.

     

    Assists with Heavy Equipment news reporting, photography, writing and proofreading for print and digital publications including employee and customer publications. Identify prospective customers for testimonial type story coverage or video capture.

     

    Assists in coordinating, planning and executing of Customer events, Heavy Equipment meetings, and tradeshows as needed.

     

    Work directly with sales and marketing management team to establish budget guidelines, and gain approval of costs associated with Heavy Equipment marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in marketing thought leadership, campaign planning and project management, digital marketing, and development of effective marketing messages.

     

    Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Access

     

    Adobe Creative Suite a Plus.

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities; excellent organizational skills.

     

    Ability to create effective visual messages in accordance with corporate identity standards.

     

    Must possess initiative, creativity and good judgment.

     

    Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

     

    Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or equivalent related work experience, preferred.
