Coordinates the billing of internal and external loads in the Dispatch Solutions systems, DBS System, and Caterpillar freight runs. Applies Credits and Debits in dispatching solutions, reconciling billing at month end.
Backup Dispatcher-plans, schedules, selects and coordinates drivers to ensure that all daily deliveries of equipment are performed in a timely and safe manner. Back up to GEOTAB administrator.
1. Daily billing of all internal and external loads in DBS, DSI, and Entertainment Transportation
2. Weekly billing of all Port Machines through Cat Managed Freight System.
3. Reconciles PO’s as required on Outside Hauler invoices, challenging discrepancies. .
4. Back up Driver Supervisors/Dispatchers, to cover 14 weeks a year in vacations, sick time, and while Driver Supervisors conduct monthly ride & drive on road evaluations throughout the year.
5. Back up to Geo Tab administrator.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
