Proactively identify and manage employee relations issues, leading investigations and advising on risk mitigation and corrective actions.
Build strong relationships with business groups through regular engagement, providing insights, updates, and strategic HR solutions.
Lead performance management processes, including succession planning, talent development, and identifying workforce gaps to drive retention.
Interpret and apply employment laws and company policies, ensuring consistent, compliant practices across the organization.
Coach and develop leaders on employee management, team effectiveness, and leadership capabilities aligned with company values.
Drive HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, scalability, and culture.
Analyze employee feedback and exit data, conduct onboarding and engagement efforts, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including special HR projects.

Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
3-5 years’ experience as a Generalist/HRBP
2 or more years of experience in employee relations
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to travel frequently to and from meetings or other business-related events both inter-state and out of state
