Primary Job Role
Delivers high impact training and development classroom programs by presenting content, leading simulations and exercises, facilitating the comprehension of learning materials, reading and responding to individuals and groups, and ensuring the application of lessons learned post-session.
Properly plans, prepares for, and practices the delivery of each session, ensuring all training manuals, props, and support materials are prepared, transported and set Liaises with the training coordinator to ensure overnight accommodations, meals, and other trainee logistics are handled.
Develops or assists in the development of content for new and existing training programs, ensuring that content is current and effective in the meeting of learning Additionally, learns and certifies in new training programs and processes as training needs emerge and are defined by senior management.
Assists the Professional & Organizational Development Program Manager, Senior Executives, and Training & Development Department in designing and implementing various organizational development and coaching projects.
Advances the vision, mission, strategies, and goals of Ring Power by building and maintaining exceptional collaborative relationships with senior managers, sales professionals, and executives from all divisions and support departments thereby ensuring alignment between learning opportunities and business needs.
Continuously learns, improves, grows, and develops as a professional and organizational change Engages in advanced training and development programs.
Communicates clearly with, proactively engages with, and works collaboratively with departmental teammates and all other Ring Power team members.

Education and Experience
Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related area of study
Experience: 7 or more years in a field closely related to this role
Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Experience (7+ years) delivering multiple leadership, sales, or other skills training programs.
Driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations to deliver trainings/services.
Expert in PowerPoint and moderate to expert skill level in other Office suite programs.
Travel required: 25-30%.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Master's degree in related field.
Certification in multiple training courses related to leadership and/or sales development and assessment tools and techniques, such as DiSC, MBTI, CPI260.
Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Experience in facilitating simulations and experiential learning modules.
Instructional design and content development experience.
Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean, Six-Sigma, 6-S) training and certification.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Updating of Knowledge
