Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

 

Review contract terms and bid packages for red flags and accuracy before legal review.

 

Assist in preparing and organizing bid packets and paperwork.

 

Handle manual data entry for bids, especially larger municipality ones.

 

Handle new vendor form submissions and communications.

 

Support credit and insurance setup with new customers (e.g., COI requests, MSAs).

 

Create all CVA renewals for the PSSR team.

 

Arrange travel for PSSRs.

 

Support PSD management team administratively.

 

Manage PSSR master customer list & monthly assignment process.

 

Assist with PSSR sales tracking.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

 

Formal Education: High School diploma or GED

 

Experience: 1-2 years

 

Required / Credentials

 

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

 

Advanced Level MS Office, especially

 

Detail-oriented and organized
