Overseeing the day to day operations of warranty registrations and work tool ordering.
Registers warranty with respective manufacturer for machines and work tools
Inputs warranty codes for all machines and work tools in dealer business system
Prepares quotes, enrollment and system upload of product warranties
Orders and assigns work tools to new and used machines
Reviews all sales orders to verify accuracy of work tools
Inputs work tools into dealer business system and monitors inventory
Attaches and detaches work tools as needed on machines to ensure proper tracking
Locates and purchases work tools needed for sales and rentals

Must possess skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes, and Internet.
Knowledge of DBS system preferred.
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
