Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Perform administrative task related to the company's fleet safety and compliance strategy.

 

Support accident investigations, audits, and generate safety performance reports for continuous improvement.

 

Coordinate and deliver training related to fleet safety initiatives.

 

Perform administrative task related to DOT, OSHA, and other applicable regulations across all fleet operations.

 

Administer fleet safety systems including but not limited to ELDs, dashcams, maintenance platforms, risk management systems, and compliance tools.

 

Monitor and Audit Reports related to fleet safety.

 

Participate in the development of strategic initiatives that support the company's values and promote the safety of employees and the general public.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Formal Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: 1-2 years

Required / Credentials

  • Valid Driver's License.

 

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

 

Compliance Training or Certification.

ELD/Dashcam System.

Train-the-Trainer Certification.

 

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year.
