Monitors, analyzes and reports machine technical problems in an accurate, efficient and timely manner to satisfy customer needs.
Analyzes machine data (e.g. SOS, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and prepares reports and recommendations to customers in order to identify problems and other information related to machine health.
Maintains and controls company property and resources in a manner to ensure cleanliness, reliability and minimal expense.
Assists customers in answering questions that pertain to technology products and their use and application.
Provides equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer/dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data.
Maintains all paperwork and data in an organized and efficient manner.
Builds collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g. SOS lab, PSSR, MSR and ISR.
Maintains technical proficiency through self study and/or successful completion of required training courses in order to increase job related competencies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Formal Education High School diploma or GED
Experience 6 months or less
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design.
Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Excel with some Microsoft Access use. Knowledge of Vision Link and SOS Web.
Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
