Primary Job Role:
Train sales professionals on available course offerings and provide coaching to support their effective presentations to customers.
Meet with customers to understand their training needs and present tailored training and development solutions.
Deliver engaging instructor-led business and professional development courses to customer audiences.
Attend and complete designated training programs to ensure proficiency in delivering course content.
Collaborate with the customer training team to assess and address evolving customer training requirements.
Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with customer needs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to align training initiatives with business goals and product updates
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3-4 years
Required / Credentials:
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Prior experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Software or Microsoft 365 Applications.
1-3 years instructional experience in a classroom setting or other training experience.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria:
Associate or bachelor’s degree highly desired
