Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

 

Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification – Research and identify new business opportunities including emerging markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

 

Strategic Partnerships – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external of the organization to drive business growth.

 

Revenue & Sales Growth – Lead initiatives to increase sales through targeted outreach, proposal development, and contract negotiations with new and existing clients.

 

Regulatory Compliance & Industry Advocacy – Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry standards to ensure the company remains compliant and proactive in shaping policy discussions.

 

Operational Collaboration & Service Expansion – Work closely with the service teams to develop scalable service offerings and optimize processes.

 

Brand Positioning & Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility, develop promotional materials, and execute campaigns tailored to key industries.

 

Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze market data, client feedback, and operational metrics to refine business strategies and improve service offerings.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education: Associate degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study.

Experience: 3-4 Years

 

Required / Credentials

· Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

· Experience in advanced electrical.

· Experience in petroleum recycling.

 

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

· Strong project management skills.

· Proven skills in judgment and decision making, complex problem solving and critical thinking.

· Use of data to make informed business decisions.

· Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience.

 

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
