To assist top level executive in executing the duties of his/her position.
Handles all incoming and outgoing correspondence including, mail, telephone calls, emails, voice mails, etc.
Arranges travel, including flights, ground transportation, hotel, maps and directions, registrations for meetings, etc.
Manages calendar, including scheduling of appointments.
Maintains address/telephone directory.
Attends meetings for the purpose of recording items of discussion and then transcribing those notes into minutes of said meetings.
Maintains all files and records, both paper and computer.
Maintains confidentiality of all documents, files, records, and correspondence.
Prepares documents and make all other necessary arrangements for special projects as directed.
Arranges and prepares for small meetings. Works with Marketing Dept. on large meetings and conferences.
Backups other personnel within Department.
Maintains office in orderly fashion.
Attends company-sponsored functions such as training seminars, profit sharing meetings, etc.

Associates Degree preferred.
