Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

 

Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards that provide business insight and aid business decision-making. Uses specific reporting languages, tools, and techniques under the direction of management or senior analysts to accomplish these tasks.

 

Develop and maintain ETL processes using specific tools and techniques under the direction of management.

 

Develop and maintain Power Platform processes using specific tools and techniques under the direction of management.

 

Mentor and assist Company Analysts / Power Users in use of the Microsoft Power Platform.

 

In collaboration with Business Intelligence Development Team, manages Report Servers, Data Warehouses and Automated Reporting.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

 

Formal Education Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study

 

Experience 1-2 years

 

Required / Credentials

 

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

 

Proficient with the Microsoft BI Stack [T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI]

 

Experience using Microsoft's Power Platform [Power BI, PowerApps, Automate]

 

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

 

Experience with Dynamics 365

 

Updating of Knowledge
