Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Handles all rental calls and transactions until complete by following all policies and procedures. Process invoices on all open rental and new sale agreements on a daily basis. Maintain proper insurance certificates on all open rental agreements.

 

Coordinates transportation through Central dispatch.

 

Opens New Rental Customer Accounts through the Credit Department.

 

Assists on rental and sales transactions with the used equipment department, including swapping out sold units and transportation to the final branch destination or delivery of the machine to the customer.

 

Collaborates with the Service Department on rental damages to ensure recuperation of damage expenses.

 

Continues pursuit of personal and professional growth and development within industry.

 

Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

 

Experience 1-2 years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or administration with equipment

 

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
