Primary Job Role
Enrolls and manages devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) to ensure they comply with organizational policies. Configures device profiles and settings to meet security and operational requirements.
Deploys and manages applications across different platforms, including Win32, MSI, and mobile apps. Configures device profiles and settings to meet security and operational requirements.
Creates and enforces compliance policies to ensure devices meet security standards. Implements configuration profiles for Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and other settings.
Sets up and manages conditional access policies to control access to resources based on device compliance and user risk levels. Integrates with Microsoft Defender ATP for enhanced threat protection.
Monitors device compliance, application usage, and security incidents using Intune’s reporting features. Generates and analyzes reports to identify and address potential issues.
Provides technical support to end-users for issues related to device management and application deployment. Troubleshoots and resolves problems with device enrollment, policy application, and app installations.
Works with other IT teams to implement and manage hybrid identity solutions and drive strategic projects. Coordinates with security teams to ensure compliance.
Keeps Intune configurations and policies up-to-date to adapt to new threats and organizational changes. Ensures that devices receive timely updates and patches.

Education and Experience
Formal Education Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study
Experience 3-4 years
Required / Credentials
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and its features.
Must be skilled in all Microsoft based networking applications and protocols, MS Office, Office 365, IBMi Client Access Emulator (AS/400), Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of ADFS and Microsoft Entra ID.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 services.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
Familiarity with PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with federation trusts and claims-based authentication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with TLS/SSL certificate management.
Updating of Knowledge
